Sliver Ginger Mint Lemonade: Sliver is the Cheeseboard knockoff started by Cheeseboard alums, serving essentially the same exact product (even down to the same green salsa) minus the lines, and with the added benefit of proximity to campus (at least for Berkeley students). Andy & Cindy Thai Cuisine's Thai Iced Tea: Available at Berkeley's Saturday farmers market, this refreshing beverage is mixed to order, transforming a decently strong cup of black tea into a familiarly Garfield shade of orange as soon as the dairy is mixed in. Very sweet, but a nice companion for strolling through the market on a beautiful day. 3.5/5.0

Sweetgreens Iced Chai: Up to this point, I had been resistant to the ~$15 salads at Sweetgreens, but after returning to Berkeley after traveling, I often crave fresh fruit and vegetables. I caved in and stopped by Sweetgreens for a salad (which was actually filling and quite tasty) and purchased a cup of iced chai to accompany my greens. Sweetheart Cafe Jasmine milk tea with boba: Sweetheart Cafe is a small bubble tea shop on Durant right on the south edge of UC Berkeley's main campus. The main draw to this inexpensive mom and pop shop is their boba, which as far as I'm concerned is unrivaled in the Bay Area for its chewiness and overall consistency. The Jasmine milk tea that I purchased alongside the boba had an identifiable Jasmine tea flavor but was more milk than tea. Bubble Tea Share Time Ginger milk tea with boba: Small mom-and-pop bubble tea shop Share Time is yet another bubble tea option in Berkeley. Located on Shattuck about a ten minute walk from the Downtown Berkeley BART station, Its menu consists of largely classic milk and fruit teas. Their ginger milk tea is very good, with a prominent ginger flavor mellowed out by creamy milk. Boba was above average in consistency - a little soft but with good elasticity. Juice Bar Collective Peanut butter banana shake: Juice Bar Collective is probably my favorite food spot in The Gourmet Ghetto in Berkeley. It's a small worker-owned collective that offers a variety of veggie (and a few meat) entrees like polenta, lasagne, and bahn mi. This may be surprising given the name Juice Bar, but they also had some fantastic beverage options to accompany your meal.
