Kung Fu Tea honey green tea: Accidentally ordered this one with full sugar level, and it was insanely sweet. I also think it wasn't mixed properly because the first half was sweeter than the second. Boba was on the soft side. Honey overpowered the green tea. From KFT in Allston. 2.0/5.0

Cedar's chipotle hummus: The smoky flavor of this hummus is overpowering and leaves a very strong aftertaste. Seasoning is quite high, so it's best eaten with a very neutral food. 2.0/5.0

Haioreum roasted chestnuts:: I love chestnuts, but apparently not in this form. The way they're preserved gives each chestnut an unpleasantly wet and slimy exterior. The flavor is slightly sweet and nutty but also strangely earthly, like mushrooms. Each pack contains about two servings worth of snacking. From Hmart. 2.0/5.0

Taim pomegranate honey iced tea: Sharp, acidic flavor that also manages to be overly sweet. Out of balance. A shame, because I like most other things from Taim. 2.0/5.0

Pokka Oolong Tea: A timidly flavored herbal drink with no sugar or preservatives. I purchased it to go along with a robust bowl of ramen, but the drink was too murky and faint to be a good pair. 2.0/5.0

Marusan litchi soymilk: Japanese soymilk juicebox flavored with litchi. Neither juice nor soymilk, this strange combination is overly sweet. Despite listing 3g of sugar, the drink contains sucrolose, an artificial sweetener. Overall, one of the more unpleasant drinks I've had recently. Don't be like me and fall for the cute packaging. 2.0/5.0
